What type of ovarian cyst would not be able to be removed using laparoscopy?

And do you know why?
Sorry - I guess I should have added:
Instead of laparotomy cyst removal
Ok - I will give a bit more detail:
To be more specific:
A 28×16x8 cm ovarian cyst that is putting pressure on the kidney
Nabothian?
Nabothian cysts are sometimes not big enough to be troublesome and it would sensitize the area around it needlessly if treated. Also, they are more responsive to being frozen. If you went in and did something to a Nabothian cyst through laparoscopy, you would burst it and risk infecting the woman's blood and making her quite ill.
