ENJOY
It is quite common in early pregnancy, to have a corpus luteum cyst on one of your ovaries. This usually disappears at around 11-12 weeks gestation, when the placenta takes over. The corpus luteum cyst maintains the pregnancy until the placenta is formed. However, if it not a corpus luteum cyst, it may continue to grow and cause you to have some pain. The cyst , on its own, will not effect the pregnancy, but if you begin to have pain, it can be followed by sonogram and removed later on in the pregnancy. If it is not bothering you, I would not have surgery.
